A THOUSAND
TO A MILLION
Jesus said, “You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.” – John 1:50
In a religious gathering I attended, the speaker asked his audience,
“Who among you doesn’t have the money to get home today? I will give you
this P1,000 bill.” The audience laughed, thinking that it was just a
joke.
But the speaker insisted and asked again until one participant was
brave enough to raise her hand. Immediately, the speaker walked to her
and handed her the P1,000 bill. It shocked the audience. The lady who
got the money shouted praises to God, clapped her hands, and gratefully
hugged the speaker. That was one amazing blessing, right? But, the next
line that the speaker said was more remarkable than the P1,000 bill he
gave away. He said, “If you are thankful for that amount, what more if
your Father in heaven grants the deepest desires of your heart: your
dream house, new car, promotion or your one true
love?”
Friends, your Father knows your needs even before you ask. He has given
you countless miracles, and in faith, He will continue to shower you
with His surprises. Greater things are coming your way; just allow God

Reflection: Do you expect God to do miracles in your life today? Do you expect greater things to happen?
Lord, let me hold on to the faith that expects greater things to happen.
