“Selfishness” and “self love” look alike but they’re very different from each other. It’s like comparing a nuclear bomb to a nuclear plant. The nuclear bomb kills thousands but the nuclear plant helps thousands. The difference is simple. “Selfishness” is meeting your own needs and your own needs only. “Self love” is meeting your needs so that you can meet the needs of others even more.
