“I have come to light a fire on the earth. How I wish the blaze were ignited!” – Luke 12:49

Kathryn Kuhlman was a well-known faith healing evangelist who conducted healing crusades from 1940 to 1970. She began preaching at the age of 15. Thousands would flock to her crusades because when she led people to worship, they were ushered into the presence of God. Her powerful anointing came from her pure passion for Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Until she fell in love with a married man. That was the start of the dwindling of her awesome ministry. Sources said she was never the same again after that because she knew that she grieved God deeply but could not give up the affair. She ran away with him, got married, but eventually divorced.

Remember what St. Paul said about God: “In Him we live and move and have our being.” Be vigilant. Always check where the flames of your passion is burning. Ronna Ledesma (ronnaledesma@email.com)
